Explore the treasures of the Mediterranean on the newly renovated Norwegian Getaway. Haifa is one of the most picturesque cities in all the Middle East, which you will see from the stunning views from Bahai Gardens on top of Mount Carmel. While in Istanbul, pick up a little treasure of your own at the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul. Then get your camera or smart phone ready in Santorini, where the whitewashed villages with cobalt blue domes hanging off dramatic cliffs are a sight to see – and a sight to snap.

This is the trip  mentioned at our meetup on Feb 6, and is on the Norwegian Getaway.  We also discussed an option which goes from Greece to Rome, and it is on the Norwegian Epic. The Epic then carries on trans-atlantic to New York City.

Note that both the ships for both these itineraries are quite large, but likely the passenger load will be smaller than usual.
